Hi, I’m Richard. My role here at Block Imaging is to help our hospital and clinic based customers maximize the value in all things imaging by delivering excellence in equipment, service, mobile imaging, and project management. I enjoy drawing upon my former experiences as a radiology director, and time as a licensed CT / MRI technologist, to help customers face the challenges of our ever-changing healthcare landscape and declining reimbursements.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family. When it comes to them, I am blessed far beyond what I deserve - Dana and I have three wonderful kids. Madison (21), Ragan (20), and Ethan (16). Offers for college tuition donations will not be turned down. :)
I love to build guitars as much as I enjoy playing them. I also love motorcycles, and although I no longer race off-road bikes, I do enjoy my classic 1972 Honda CB450 that I restored a couple of summers ago. My latest addiction is giant scale remote control planes which has been a total adrenaline rush!
I’m never more at peace then when I’m in the mission field serving others. My daughters and I have spent the past 9 summers serving a Haitian population in the Dominican Republic. I was actually a Block Imaging customer before I became an employee. Our church raised funds to purchase a mobile ultrasound unit for a remote medical clinic in the Dominican Republic and the rest is history!
