FMV Services for Imaging Equipment After a Natural Disaster
Although Hurricane Sandy seems to be slipping off the front pages and opening reels of major news outlets, recovery from the storm is still very much a work in progress. Documentation, formalities, red tape; there are a lot of hoops to jump through and only so much time in each day to jump through them.
Here to Help
Block Imaging wants all our industry colleagues in the Northeast to know that we can offer a way to help expedite the process and alleviate at least a portion of your frustration.
Working with Insurers
Many of you will be working with your insurers to recuperate from equipment damage. Before the amount of a payout is settled, you’ll often need to provide up-to-date assessments of the equipment being covered. Block Imaging is here to help on that front with basic fair market valuations at no cost (formal valuations available for a small fee). Our team knows and understands the secondary market as well as any and is happy to assist with this logistical step to get your facility back in action as quickly as possible.
Recovering and Serving
This is a trying situation, but with time and the support of the industry, we know you’ll recover from these challenges and continue providing outstanding healthcare services for your community. We believe that PEOPLE MATTER, and in circumstances like these, the skills of those in our industry have a chance to shine in acting out that belief.
If you need assistance with an equipment valuation, short term or long term rental, parts support or any other aspect of navigating the equipment implications of Hurricane Sandy, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
